With my first car show coming up next week to kick start the 2021 season after going all of 2020 with no car shows due to the pandemic. I was recently looking through my car portfolio to see if there were any unique, different or unusual cars I did not put into my photography website. As I was looking through my gallery I came across this unique Volkswagon. What makes this 1969 Volkswagon Karmann so unique after I did some research on it was that it was made by a combination of three different companies. The body style was that of a Volkswagon, the chassis and body work was from the Italian Company Carrozzeria Ghia, and finally the hand built body work came from the German Company Karmann. This unique eye catching car had everything going for it, the slight resemblance of a Volkswagon, the headlights embedded into the front fender, the small micro grill with the even smaller bumper below the grill. The sporty look of the large front tires in the front and the smaller tires in the rear. Also with the front higher and eventually sloping down over the roof and like a slide in the rear. The tires had four yellow pin striped colors on them that matched the yellow mint paint job of this fantastic looking '69 Volkswagon
