FAA WATERCOLOR MARK WILL NOT APPEAR ON FINAL SALES
While on a beautiful cruise on a nice August day, the boat began to cruise out to the beginning of the Atlantic Ocean. As we were still in the inlet area the Captain asked us to look to the right of the boat and showed and described these iconic Long Island Crab Shack homes. Where people live and come out at low tide to crab and clam. The Crab Shack homes are situated in a marsh area so it is perfect pickings for crabs and clams when the tide is low. These owners cannot sell these homes and if they are destroyed they cannot be rebuilt as they do not have historical status on them. The residents of these homes crab and clam during the day and night and bring their pickings to the local eateries to be sold. The only way to get to these homes is by boat.
