While down by the waterfront on the south shore of Long Island know as the Nautical Mile, I had already taken several photos from my first location hoping to capture the sun just touching the horizon as I did from my first location than moving to my second location on another road next to the Nautical Mile which allowed me to go further out into the ocean and see the sun touching down behind the horizon and giving off some amazing flaming colors into the sky as I was able to capture here. I really like the way this photo came out with all of the radiant bright colors of red, orange and yellow giving off enough light to still be able to see the ocean and even the ripples in the ocean's water. Along with capturing some great silhouette images.
