While visiting Sleepy Hollow a small town within the area of Tarrytown, New York on the Hudson River. I went to the famous Sleepy Hollow cemetery where the legend of Sleepy Hollow had been born by Washington Irving and who happens to be buried in the Sleepy Hollow cemetery. On this fall day the tempertures were perfect which made for walking around the town of Sleepy Hollow and the cemetery ideal. As I was walking through the middle of the cemetery I heard some noise and could see a small stream. As I worked my way down a hill I saw the infamous bridge that the Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow is said to guard. I made my way down a paved road and came across this peaceful and picturesque scene. I climbed down near the brook and saw all of the beautiful colors in the trees that were sitting on the banks of the babbling brook. On this particular day with the sun high in the sky there was a reflection in the water of the trees and the rocks. The depth of this scene just kept going on and on and made for such a serene setting.
