While I was down on my boat which was docked in the marina in Freeport, New York located on the south shore of Long Island I went to bed around 12:00am in anticipation of getting up early for some fishing with some friends. As I was in the bed on the boat I had all of the curtains drawn but there was a light that was coming right through part of the curtain, and annoying me as I was trying to get to bed. I thought it might have been one of the other boaters going out for some night time fishing and shining a flashlight around. So I went up to my deck and I could not believe how bright and full the moon was that night over Long Island, I know that they had mentioned that the tide was going to be high because of the moon but I did not know the moon was going to be so visible.
