FAA WATERCOLOR MARK DOES NOT APPEAR ON FINAL SALES
While out in Montauk, New York located on the eastern end of Long Island in the middle of the winter in February, I walked to the top of the Montauk Lighthouse, (one-hundred and seven steps) to get a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and see about getting an opportunity to get some great photographs. While at the top of the Montauk Lighthouse where only seven people are allowed at a time I climbed to the very peak and took shots in all directions including straight down on this beautiful clear winter's day. While standing on a small ledge I looked straight down and over looking the bluff that protects the Lighthouse from beach erosion from hurricanes and noreaster I was able to get this great clear shot of the waves pounding the rocks that are built up around the foundation of the bottom of the Lighthouse to protect that area from getting eroded and getting to the bluff.
