FAA WATERMARK WILL NOT APPEAR ON FINAL SALE
While at the Bronx Zoo several years ago I came across this baby giraffe that was only nine months old. I have been searching through some of my older photos from that day as I downloaded a lot of other animal photographs from that day, one which was this Baby Giraffe walking with a Peacock. I decided to look through my archive of photos and see what other photos I had if any of other poses of certain animals I had taken. The first one that struck me was this shot I was able to capture of the Baby Giraffe while he was standing still and not running around as I remember him doing. Here from what I remember he had just finished running around and looking at his new surroundings when he just stopped and almost as if he was posing for everyone before he took off again. In this photo you can tell that he is a young giraffe (nine months old) due to his colors on his skin not being as dark as a adult giraffe would be. The Bronx Zoo has done a fantastic job at making the surroundings where some adult giraffes and this baby giraffe are kept feeling and looking like their natural habitat. The reason for the title I felt he looked very regal and majestic standing there on this day.
