While attending a car show several years ago that was sponsored by the Wounded Warrior Foundation I came across several remarkable racing cars and dragsters. As that was the theme for this particular car show. As the area was not to big where the car show was being held it was tough sometimes to get a nice clean shot of only one car or no people. A lot was due to the fact that with all of the dragsters there they took up a lot of room due to their lenght. As I was resting I looked up and I saw the owners of this mint looking 1978 Mustang II Racing Car begin to raise the body to show off the huge racing block engine used on this car for drag racing. From the photo you could see easily where the driver would see even with the body of the car raised and that tremendous size engine. The Mustang II had large thick tires in the rear and very small and thin tires in the front. The big thick tires were built for traction once the car was given the green light to take off. The body of the car was painted with a great looking blue and had the name of the car painted on each side, WAR HORSE. Great car show and for a great cause to help raise money for our Wounded Warriors.
