While photographing various flowers and trees in the fall at Westbury Gardens located in Westbury, New York on Long Island I came across this beautiful golden tree which had turned colors and was leaning into one of the lakes on the premises of Westbury Gardens. After I had taken the photograph I could not believe how the lake had mirrored the image of the golden colored tree so perfectly and made it look like you could hold the photo either way and get the same result of the Golden Tree hanging into the lake at Westbury Gardens. Old Westbury Gardens, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is the former home of John S. Phipps, his wife, Margarita Grace Phipps and their four children.
