While walking along the beach in front of the Ocean Beach Resort in Montauk, New York located on the far east end of Long Island took this beautiful winter sunset as the sun began to set behind the fluffy white clouds that were moving in over the Atlantic Ocean. The tide was beginning to roll up on the beach and the wind was beginning to blow harder as the white caps began to be seen and the sun began to head for the horizon leaving a beautiful, peaceful reflection right by the sand dunes at the end of the beach. This photo was taken on February 17, 2013 the day before Montauk had received three inches of snow as remnants of the snow storm could still be seen on the beach
