While at Captree State Park located in Wantagh, New York on the sough shore of Long Island I was walking over to some of the charter and party fishing boats. When I came across several various sea birds, they were all getting set to see if anyone on the docks would throw them any food or if they could quickly jump off one of the pilings that they were standing on and grab some of the small bait fish swimming around by the pilings. As I walked closer to the dock's edge I came across this one particular seagull who was very white with a nice grey backing that made up the majority of his tail feathers. He was just standing there on the piling and allowed me to shoot some nice up close shots as I used my zoom lens to capture all of his features.
