While in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania I was coming out of a meeting around 5:00pm and was carring my camera bag when someone asked me if I saw that beaver? I looked around and said the beavers would not be up here in the mountains they would be closer to streams and rivers. Next thing I kept looking in the direction I was told to look and all of a sudden this little Groundhog ran from one cave to another. I could not believe I was so taking back I just sat and watched. Then I looked at the cave he had run into and there he was trying to get to the next cave but now there was to many people around. I took my camera out attached my zoom lens set my camera on shudder speed and everytime the Groundhog would check to see if it was safe I would start photographing him. Then he went to the other side of the cave trying to make it to higher ground at another cave. I was able to capture him several times and put about three of the best and detailed ones on my web site for viewing or purchasing.
