On a gorgeous fall day, October 23, 2016 I attended a great classic car show in Huntington Long Island, New York. Upon entering the show everyone was dressed for Halloween which made the atmosphere a lot of fun. Right away this stunning colored Hot Rod popped out of all of the other cars, it was a 1939 Ford Convertible Hot Rod with a fantastic body and a lot of the original body parts such as the heart shape grill, large front and rear fenders and the running boards which made these cars so exciting in the 1930's. Another unique thing about this car was that the front fender was connected to the rear fender by the running boards and the front fenders were connected to the grill of the car without any separations along with the rear fenders being connected to the rear of the car. The car was completely a bright orange from the hood down and on the top of the hood and roof the color of the car was a deep dark red. These two colors worked and looked well together. As I was getting ready to leave this show this fantastic looking 1939 Ford Hot Rod began to pull out and it because of it's design rode very low but as soon as it was clear showed how much power was under that hood by opening it up and leaving the show.
